Tohoku Life science Instruments Cluster (TOLIC) is an industry-academia-government-finance consortium established in August 2014, and has served as a hub for life science equipment in Tohoku.
This year marks its 10th anniversary. To celebrate the anniversary, the 30th TOLIC conference was held in Morioka.
